Privacy Policy
Effective June 27, 2026
The Recording Pod respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. It applies to our website, booking system, and accounts.
What we collect
When you book or create an account we collect your name, email, the sessions you book, and your plan and hours balance. When you pay, your payment details are handled by Stripe; we receive a record of the transaction but never your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and run your sessions, manage your membership and hours, process payments, send booking confirmations and account emails, and respond to your messages. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate: Stripe (payments and subscriptions), Cal.com (scheduling and calendar), Supabase (account and hours data), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
Cookies
We use a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged into your account. We do not use advertising trackers.
Data retention
We keep account and booking records for as long as you have an account and as needed for our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.
Your choices
You can update or delete your account information, and unsubscribe from non-essential emails, by contacting us. We will respond to reasonable requests to access or remove your data.
