Simple hourly pricing
$65/hour
Two-hour minimum ($130). Request any time — we confirm what works.
Charged now: your hourly block (from $130), plus any add-ons you select.
Optional add-on: video capture with our in-house cameras for your entire session — a flat $125, added at checkout.
Refundable hold: $150 — a card authorization, not a charge. We place it in the days before your shoot and release it the same day you wrap clean and on time. Most renters never see a cent move.
Cancellation: Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours ahead for a full refund of the rental fee.

We check the time against the calendar and confirm within 24 hours. Only then do we charge your block and email you the details. A $150 refundable hold goes on a few days before your shoot.

Show up and shoot
Roll in with your gear and crew. A Pod team member is on-site to let you in, light the room, and keep the recording rig safe. Wrap on time, leave it as you found it, and the hold drops off.

Do you provide cameras?
This is a bring-your-own-gear rental — you bring cameras, lenses, cards, and crew, and we provide the room, the pro lighting, and a matte-black backdrop wall. If you want it captured, video capture with our in-house cameras is an optional add-on: a flat $125 to roll your entire booked session, selected at checkout.
Can I shoot photos, not just video?
Yes. We can fully kill the studio lights and hide the branded set, so you get a true blackout photo space, then light it your way with your own gear.
How does booking work?
Send a request with your date, time, and hours, and save a card — nothing is charged. Kevin confirms it's open within 24 hours, and only then do we charge your block and email your details. A $150 refundable hold goes on a few days before your shoot.
Can I book any time?
Request whatever date and time you want on the form. We run rentals around our recording schedule, so Kevin confirms your time works — or suggests the nearest that does — within 24 hours.
Is someone there during my shoot?
Yes, every rental is attended. A Pod team member (usually Kevin) is on-site to let you in, help with the room, and protect our recording gear. You run your own shoot.
How does the $150 deposit work?
It's a refundable card hold, not a charge, placed in the days before your session. If the space comes back clean and undamaged and you wrap on time, we release it the same day and it clears in a few business days. We only capture for damage or extra cleaning.
How many people can I bring?
Up to 8 on set at once, including talent and crew. Tell us your headcount when you book. Commercial shoots or parties of 6 or more may need proof of insurance and are booked by quote.
Where are you located?
Woodbridge, Virginia 22192, in Prince William County — convenient to Lake Ridge, Dale City, Lorton, Springfield, Manassas, and the greater Northern Virginia and Washington DC metro. Free parking at the door.
Any content rules?
No adult or explicit content, and no food on the sets. We reserve the right to refuse a shoot that doesn't fit the space. Full terms are at checkout.
